Cheers, Salud and Bottoms Up!

Lexington is proudly located in the southern section of the Yadkin Valley, North Carolina’s first federally recognized wine region. The Southern Gateway Wine Trail showcases six wineries in and around Lexington, ranging from small, boutique operations to Childress Vineyards, one of the largest wineries in the state. North Carolina is also a leader in the emerging hard cider market. Bull City Ciderworks produces some of the state’s top cider in Lexington’s Depot District, alongside Lexington’s first brewery, Goose and the Monkey.
